Caseificio Valcolatte is an Italian company that has been processing milk with passion, experience and respect for tradition for four generations.
It all began in 1914 with a small dairy in the Piacenza area and with a family that has always considered quality a way of life.

Over time, we have grown, without ever changing the way we do things: care for raw materials, attention at every stage of processing and the desire to offer good products made according to tradition.

Today we are a structured company, active both in the professional Ho.Re.Ca. channel and in large-scale retail, with around 300 people who contribute every day to ensuring quality, continuity and reliability. The Panizzi family is still at the helm, continuing to carry tradition forward while looking to the future.
