Sigep 2026: Meeting with the Food Service World.

Sigep, the Italian trade fair of reference for the Food Service sector. covering the Ice Cream, Pastry, Chocolate, Bakery, Pizza and Coffee sectors, once again confirmed itself as a strategic event on the international front, with 1,300 exhibiting companies from 45 different countries. This year we participated with a stand of 48 sqm, supported by a pizza chef technician who prepared pizzas and pinse, enhancing some of our flagship products. The occasion allowed us to present the burrata in the two formats 125g and 2x125g, the stracciatella 300g and the three formats of hard cheese (1kg grated, 1kg SV, 1/8), on which we will focus with particular attention throughout the year. At Sigep, too, the fair days were intense and full of contacts; in short… very eventful!
