This is why we are proud of our new Burrata, the first product in the range packaged in innovative recyclable paper packaging: a choice that represents an important milestone in Caseificio Valcolatte’s sustainability journey.
This project stems from our collaboration with SEDA International Packaging Group, a leading partner in the development of innovative and responsible packaging solutions. Together, we have created packaging designed to combine high technical performance with respect for the environment, without compromising product quality.
Designed to be fully recyclable in the paper recycling stream, the new container combines advanced technological features with a functional design created to ensure maximum product freshness.
Today, the European paper supply chain is in fact one of the most virtuous examples of sustainability, thanks to a highly efficient collection and recycling system.

For Caseificio Valcolatte, sustainability is a journey made up of concrete choices, continuous innovation and responsibility towards people and the local area.

The launch of our Burrata in paper packaging represents the first step in a journey that looks to the future with the aim of progressively reducing the environmental impact of our packaging, while maintaining the high quality standards that have always distinguished our products.
