RiCcotta comes from Valcolatte’s dairy expertise and from a production process designed to enhance its flavour, creaminess and consistent quality. An innovative product, made with care and attention at every stage of processing.

RiCcotta is made with milk from suppliers in the river Po Valley, an area historically devoted to dairy production. A choice that allows us to build a relationship of mutual respect and trust with our milk suppliers, most of whom we have been working with since the very beginning of our company’s history.
