Valcolatte Corporate Academy
Learning together, starting from everyday work.
In recent months, a training program dedicated to the operational managers of the Production, Warehouse, and Maintenance departments has been held within the Valcolatte Corporate Academy. The program involved 12 participants and developed between October and December through 6 meetings, designed to foster moments of discussion and growth directly linked to the challenges of daily work. The course was taught by Valerio Betti (People, Culture & Open Innovation), who guided participants through practical and stimulating content. The Valcolatte Corporate Academy brings together various growth and training paths, built over time to support people in various corporate roles. What we talked about: MINDSET: How to fully live the role of responsibility, address problems and changes, and move from managing urgency to becoming more aware of your impact on the team.
BASIC MANAGEMENT: Practical tools to better organize daily work: setting priorities, managing tasks, coordinating people, and solving problems. Simple, immediate and directly applicable techniques.
EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION: Many difficulties arise not from the work itself, but from how one speaks to others. The focus was on clarity, listening, and collaboration, to streamline relationships between colleagues and departments.
A CONCRETE EXCHANGE: The path was not limited to theoretical training, but represented an open space for comparison and sharing. Participants brought concrete examples, critical issues, and best practices, transforming each participant’s experience into a shared learning opportunity.
This comparison allowed us to:
- Get to know each other better between departments;
- Observe daily difficulties from different perspectives;
- Build a shared language to streamline daily work processes.
ONE OF THE PIECES OF THE VALCOLATTE CORPORATE ACADEMY: This journey represents one of the many moments of growth within the Valcolatte Corporate Academy, which will continue in the coming months with new initiatives dedicated to the development of skills, relationships, and organization. Because growing as a company means investing in people and in the way we work together, every day.
